Exercise Good or Well?

GOOD describes a thing (noun) and WELL describes how we do something (verb).

There are exceptions – the verb ‘to be’ and the Senses Verbs – Smell, Taste, Seem, Look, Sound and Feel.

WELL also describes our health or our wellbeing.
